that's really hard..
some diet really require you to just eat boiled meat, water, veggies without seasoning added with hours of work out, and i think weight will be lost.
nevertheless, i started working out but instead of losing things, i think i gained muscles, becoming more buff and weight is gained too. =(

i never believed it's all about plastic surgery. the same goes to female artistes.
maybe, to a large portion, yes. but there are some who transformed totally thanks to just diet, make up, better clothing, lighting and camera angles.

I wonder what the creators of such groups are thinking.

hmm, personally i feel 2ne1 and soshi will succeed the most. apart from having sir YG and papa Teddy as their back-up, 2NE1 itself is a very composed group that have solid performances.
but we need to watch out for f(X) as well. you never know what will happen next! :)


i missed wonder girls so much, i want them back in korea and starts to work on new song apart from nobody!
dont they get sick of listening to it? me myself get sick after almost a year of just listening to it...

Arghhh... this whole jaebeom saga makes me sad and frustrated. Seriously korean netizens have got all it takes to destroy people's lives!
If you dont know what's happening, there is this pop idol sensation 2pm leader Park Jaebeom who offended Koreans by stating "korea is gay" and other comments on his myspace FOUR years ago.

Thus this angered netizens and calling him to quit his job and kill himself. so crazy.

I just realize, almost every sensational korean idol group bounds to get a huge scandal during the peak of their popularity!
let see.

dont forget many incident from SNSD.

soshi has many of them. yuri, soo young, tiff and taeyeon's saying wrong things during broadcasts, taesu scandal and such... =(

and g-dragon with his plagiarism controversy.
in addition, many more, like WG's Sunye - park tae hwan scandal (which is rather ridiculous)


i simply hope things can get better with 2pm.
